Our journey began in 2012 when Myke and Jami Bangs started their first company together, Project 30, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Project 30 was a sales organization that had a portfolio of 100+ products and ran roadshow style events inside Fortune 500 retailers, such as Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and Kroger.

Myke and Jami Bangs won the Dave Parker, CEO of the Year award by Smart Circle International in both 2015 and 2016.
Myke and Jami Bangs became National Consultants for Smart Circle International and ran the entire Roadshow Division in the USA. This is where they met BJ Darien.
Later in 2017 - Myke, Jami, and BJ partnered together and opened our consulting firm, ROW. ROW was a management consulting firm that specialized in recruiting, systems, structure, and strategy to scale businesses to grow long-term. We provided services for sales-based companies and also motivational speakers.
Within our first year, we grew ROW to over $1 million in revenue!
We landed one of our biggest clients to date, Eric Thomas aka "ET the Hip Hop Preacher." We helped build out and streamline his speaking business, increasing ET's revenue by over 200% in the first year.
Later in 2018, we took on another huge client - Perdure Carter and Dream Spots Real Estate. Our team's long-term vision and goal was always to get into real estate and implement the same development program from our prior companies because the growth and potential had no ceiling.
Myke and Jami sold their company, Project 30, and partnered with Perdure Carter and Dream Spots. We implemented our structure and development program from our prior businesses into Dream Spots. In the first year, we were able to grow our leasing business and team by over 300%.
Our 3-year goal for Dream Spots is to reach $1 billion in sales, grow our team over 300 agents, and open 10 new locations across the country.
